Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Teddy and Lu accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise, with tags, postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date if online and 14 days of purchase date if in store. To request a return or exchange, please email us at tina@teddyandlu.com. This process must be followed for returns to be accepted.

Returns accepted will be issued an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not offer any refunds at this time. 

The following items are NOT eligible for returns:

    • Books & Toys
    • Jewelry
    • Teethers & Feeding Products
    • Hats & Hair Accessories
    • Socks & Tights
    • Sale Items

All sale items and seasonal merchandise are FINAL SALE - no exceptions.

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once we receive it.  

Store credit can be used in store and online on store merchandise. The store credit does not apply to shipping costs and those are covered by the customer. The customer is still responsible for shipping costs when a store credit is used as the credit is applied to the store merchandise but does not cover any shipping costs. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION 

No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items.

PROMOTIONS

All orders placed with a discount code are final sale. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction. This includes store credit. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes can not be applied after the order is placed.
